Our Smoked Alaska King Salmon is hand filleted and carefully brined with a traditional blend of spices that delicately balance the natural flavors of the fish. All of our fish is hot-smoked using hardwood hickory chips, and contains only natural wood smoke; there are no preservatives or nitrates in our smoked salmon. King Salmon has a soft flesh and allows the smoke process to carry through the entire salmon, making it one of the best smoked products on the market today. Our wild Alaska Smoked King Salmon is rich and moist and full of flavor.
Smoked King is available in Traditional, Garlic Pepper, Lemon Pepper and Cajun. Vacuum sealed and flash-frozen into approximately 1/4-1/2 lb packs, requires refrigeration.
