Alaskan King Crab is rich, succulent and delicious. Our red king crab is harvested in the cold waters of Alaska and fully cooked and frozen. These Alaskan legs and claws are packed with white luscious meat. King crab has a sweet flavor and a tender texture. These giant legs make for an impressive presentation and are very easy to prepare. We suggest a simple two-step approach: First, thaw the crab under refrigeration (place the claws and legs in the refrigerator overnight). Second, take the thawed crab and heat it by steaming, boiling or baking for about 4 minutes. For a simple and traditional Alaskan cooking method, dip the hot crab meat in hot melted butter! King crab is low in fat and calories and is a healthy source of high-quality protein. Our large king crab legs average ½ to 2/3 of a pound each. Due to their size we have a minimum order of 3 lbs.
